Bullet-proof doors

Newest WIŚNIOWSKI Company products include steel and aluminium bullet-proof doors. Special aluminium and steel systems are used in bullet-proof doors, provided with lining protecting against gunfire. Glazing in these doors is made of high-class bullet-proof glass with strength matching the type of possible hazard and character of protected object.Our bullet-proof joinery is used in central government administration buildings, high robbery hazard buildings, cash desk boxes, post offices, currency exchange bureaus, military facilities, prisons, telephone and computer exchanges, and villas. Seamless steel burglarproof fire doors, class 2 and 3

Seamless steel fire doors (EI30 and EI60) are also offered in 2nd and 3rd burglary resistance class. These doors are offered in single leaf or double leaf, plain or glazed versions. In case of class 2 doors, we generally use two locks with MCM ASS cylinder inserts, and glazing is made of burglar-proof glass (P4 rated). The burglar-proof class 3 steel fire doors possess three locks with MCM ASS cylinder inserts. They are glazed with class P5 burglar-proof glass.Steel fire doors may be offered in smoke tight version, if provided with Igloo Da1001 type dropping strips.

 

Aluminium burglarproof doors, class 2 and 3

When closed, burglarproof doors are expected to prevent any attempts to break into and enter using physical force. WIŚNIOWSKI Company offers aluminium doors in burglary resistance class 2 and 3. Resistance classes correspond to the resistance used to hold back the burglary. In door resistance class 2, we use, among other things liner 3 point lock with an approved MCM insert and glazing made of P4 (or other corresponding to resistance class of reinforced panel) burglar proof glass. This type door protects against breaking into using simple, lever-type tools. Third burglary resistance class protects from attempts to break into using lever-type tools, wedges, small impact tools – however excluding the use of handheld power tools. Among other options for doors in class 3, we mainly use a five-point lock set with approved MCM insert and glazing made of class P5 (or other corresponding to resistance class of reinforced panel) burglar proof glass.

 

Smoke release vents

The WIŚNIOWSKI smoke release vents are a combination of aesthetics, functionality and safety. The basic function of the smoke release vents consists in removing smoke, hot gases, toxic substances and thermal energy from closed rooms where there is a fire. They ensure keeping a layer with low smokiness level that gives a chance to evacuate, makes fire-fighting easier, and contributes to protection of life, health and property. Moreover, they may serve as ventilation valves, smoke release and ventilation valves, manholes, or roof lighting. Our smoke release vents are manufactured in a multi-chamber Reynaers system, both for roof windows and for vertically installed windows. The glazing is made of safety glass. The WIŚNIOWSKI smoke release vents are operated by an appropriate drive and control system, which is responsible for opening and closing of moving smoke release vent segments. Working smoke removal system should be closely coordinated with other fire protection equipment mounted in the facility, such as fire detection system, automatic door and gate control system.

 

Façades and steel skylights

Light is one of the basic and most important drivers of the conditions of work and rest. In addition, it has the potential to reduce electricity consumption. The WIŚNIOWSKI façade systems allow complete glazing of building façade. Owing to the use of highest class materials and most modern production lines, we are able to make even most untypical shapes of vertical and multiplanar walls, and spatial structures. Steel façades from WIŚNIOWSKI are offered in several systems. Among others, these are: pole and girt façades for internal structures (without thermal break) - JANSEN VISS TV and for standard external façades - JANSEN VISS TVS, cover façades (mounted on an existing substructure) - JANSEN BASIC, and fire-proof façades - JANSEN VISS TVS FIRE. Steel skylights WISNIOWSKI are particularly applicable in areas with large surface area, where they are the only way to light rooms with daylight. Many years of experience allows us to make skylights of any size and shape - from flat and triangular to multiplanar ones, such as pyramids or skylights with shape based on sectors of solids. Structures made of closed steel profiles are powder coated in any RAL colour. Skylights are designed individually according to Investor’s requirements. Besides unrated skylights, our offer includes also fire-rated ones.

 

New solutions in UniPro garage doors

Meeting our clients expectations, we are pleased to introduce new solutions in UniPro garage doors that will satisfy the most demanding customer. Our offer includes new colours for aluminium panels as well as acrylic frosted glass windows. The glazed aluminium panel as well as ventilated aluminium panel can now be ordered in "golden oak" and "nut brown". This means that any UniPro garage door ordered in one of the above colours may now be made up of components of the same colour. This solution results in colour integrity of the door leaf. New offer also comprises of acrylic frosten (opaque) glass in door glazing or aluminium panel. At the design stage, the more and more frequently we tend to use natural light without exposing the house’s interior. Acrylic frosten glass appears as perfect solution for residential and industrial garage doors, as well as for DST steel or aluminium doors. Frosted glass does not obscure the room and guarantees a non see-through effect.
