New industrial segment doors MakroPro 100 and MakroPro Alu 100 with a standard drive – a special three-phase compact actuator integrated with the door. This solution is useful in adjusting the door to individual needs and requirements of industrial halls and warehouses. Substitution of traditional springs with a modern drive system allows the door to perform a greater number of cycles – up to 100 000! The drive ensures longer term of usage and comfortable operation. An additional advantage of doors MakroPro 100 and MakroPro Alu 100 lies in the quick and easy assembly and no extra charges for doors with a non-standard type of sliding.

Warm
The heat transfer coefficient for MakroPro segment door amounts to Uk=1,0W/m2 x K. To ensure good thermal insulation inside the building the door is equipped with a system of seals along the entire perimeter and seals between the panels. The jacket is made of steel segments with the thickness of 40 [mm] filled with polyurethane foam. |

Non-standard dimensions
MakroPro and MakroPro Alu doors are manufactured upon the customer’s order; the dimensions are adjusted to the dimensions of the existing opening. Doors are available in all dimensions up to the width of 8000 [mm] and the height of 5000 [mm]. |

Safe
Doors are manufactured in conformity with European norms and standards. Safety of MakroPro and MakroPro Alu doors is guaranteed by safety devices which prevent the jacket from falling in case a cord is damaged and in case a spring is broken. Actuator in MakroPro 100 and MakroPro Alu 100 doors is equipped with a low-noise self-stopping worm gear and a gripping unit which protects the door from closing in case of a blackout, regardless of the rotation speed, the direction of rotation or the position of buildings. This self-controlling device has very good silencing properties when gripping.All automatically operated doors can be equipped with: photocells, safety edge bar sensors, signalling lamps etc. |

Comfortable
For the purpose of ensuring comfortable operation, MakroPro and MakroPro Alu doors may be opened in several different ways: by means of a chain transmission or cord transmission, a compact actuator with an "up-stop-down" switch. MakroPro 100 and MakroPro Alu 100 doors are also equipped with a compact drive with an “up-stop-down” switch. Optionally the door can be equipped with a code lock, a magnetic card reader or a remote control etc.. Modular structure of the steering unit allows you to connect other devices cooperating with the door, e.g. automatic wash. |

Strong and resistant
Structural elements of the door are made of galvanized steel (slides, connecting elements) or steel sheet, galvanized and coated with polyester paints (panels). The jacket is made of segments with the tickness of 40 [mm]. Long-term use is guaranteed by high quality panels available in several versions: a full steel segment, a steel glazed segment, an aluminium glazed segments. Segments are equipped with the system of multi-layer bended sheet which esures stable mounting of hinges. |

Efficient and silent
Sliding rolls on which the door jacket moves in slides are mounted on bearings and covered with plastic to make them move and rotate smoothly in the hinges. This system assures smooth, silent and stable operation of the door. |

Well-equipped
A segment door may be equipped with a pass-through door with a self-closing mechanism that enables free movement. Windows or aluminium glazed segments let additional light into the room from outside and allow for controlling the area in front of the door. The door can also be equipped with a ventillation grating or a fume extractor vent. |
