AutomaticA standard roller door is equipped with a three-phase 400 V compact actuator and a control station with an "up - stop - down" pull-switch. The modular structure of the steering unit allows for extending its function by additional elements. Optional equipment includes: a code lock, a magnetic card reader and a remote control.
Corrosion-resistant structureThe door structure is made of elements protected from corrosion. The sheating and slides are made of aluminium coated with high quality varnish; the brackets are galvanized and the steel winding shaft is painted.
GlazedIf you want to let in more light into a dark room, you should consider a door with glazed profiles. This solution will allow you to save electrical energy. Glazed profiles will also help you control the area in front of the door without opening it. Glazing can increase the aesthetic value of the door.
FunctionalOwing to their modular structure, BR-100 roller-shutter doors can be installed in almost every building. It is not interfered if other devices, e.g. a gantry or a jack, operate nearby. Doors are mounted directly behind the opening, they do not occupy space in front of the driveway and inside the room. Besides, to install the door you only need a 540 [mm] lintel!
SafeDoors can be used safely thanks to the application of an optical edge safety bar, photocells and signalling lamps. Furthermore, an actuator is equipped with an emergency crank and a system of electromagnetic gripping units (emergency brake). A pull switch "up-stop-down" ensures easy and efficient operation of the door which is all the time under control.
