Drive unit and Optimum Eko drive units are designed for the sectional and overhead garage door. It moves along truck equipped with toothed strip, powered by transmission of 24 [V], enable to adjust the power regulation, the function of soft start and stop (for sectional doors) and automatic closure

The function of smooth start and stop in segment doors means that the operation unit smoothly starts and smoothly stops working. In practice, it is equivalent to smooth and silent operation of the door, effective opening and closing without unnecessary jerks.
Automatic closing is self-activated closing of the door after a specific time without any action taken by a user. 
Power supply regulation gives a possibility of setting the proper power necessary to open the door. In case of resistance when closing the door, the automatic operation unit stops and the door returns to the open position.

There are three types of Optimum devices: 600, 800 and 1100; they are selected depending on the size of the door. The operating unit includes an actuator, a switchboard, two remote control transmitters with a changeable code and a signalling lamp (for Optimum 800 and 1100). The transmitters are two-channel transmitters, which means that one transmitter opens two doors, e.g. an entrance gate and a garage door. You can also order a four-channel transmitter. Additional equipment includes: a code lock or a switch operated with a key.

Additional equipment may be: Maltfunction power supply (enables malfunction operation of power transmission in the event of lack of the main power supply, radio receiver (enables programming more transmision), unblocking drive unit from outside (additional lock), set of photocells, coded lock, GSM operating system.

The automatic operation unit can be used for garages with an additional entrance (Optimum versions S and D) or without it (Optimum versions RS and R). Thanks to this option, in case of a power failure the door can be opened manually by unblocking the operation unit with a special lever or by an additional lock installed in the door sheating. The device cooperates with photocells.
