Automatic operation unit for a sliding gate
The operation unit is placed in the gate post. It is supplied with voltage 24V and equipped with the function of slow start and stop. In practice, it is equivalent to smooth and silent operation of the gate, effective opening and closing without unnecessary jerks. This voltage guarantees safe operation.
The operating unit consists of a drive, a switchboard, two remote control transmitters with a changeable code, a lamp signalling the movement of the gate wing. The transmitters are two-channel transmitters, which means that one transmitter opens two gates, e.g. a fence gate and a garage door. The function of the automatic unit built into the post guarantees safety and protects from access by unathorized persons as well as from the influence of weather conditions.
In case of a power failure the gate can be opened manually by unblocking the mechanism with a special lever mounted on the post covering, locked with a key.
The device is equipped with the function of automatic closing, closing after photocells and a wicket function thanks to which you can open the gate to a certain width to have enough space for a man to pass through. The wicket function can be operated by a “small” button on the remote control.
The operator can cooperate with photocells. It is protected with an overload switch. If the gate leaf meets an obstacle on its way of movement, the overload switch will stop the gate and it will return to the open position. Each automatic gate is also equipped with rubber protection on the front edge of the wing which prevents a vehicle on the way of the moving gate from damage.
Automatic operation unit for a double-leaf gate
The operating unit is placed on the pole and on gate leaves, on special horizontal bars.
It consists of two actuators, a switchboard, one remote control transmitter with a changeable code and photocells.In case of a blackout the gate can be easily opened manually by unblocking the actuators: one actuator if it is necessary to open one wing or two if both gate wings must be opened. The device may cooperate with photocells.
