Production lines The modern computer-operated technological line allows for continuous production of panels for sectional doors. High quality components and a special system of line operation monitoring guarantee reliability of panels. At the same time we do not forget about the environment: in the production process we use CFC-free polyurethane foam.

DUPLEX System
In the hot-galvanizing and powder-coating sections, doors and fences are made durable and given aesthetic value. Double surface coating (DUPLEX system) gives a high degree of protection and guarantees longevity of the product.
In our modern and ecological powder coating plant the entire process is controlled by computers, which guarantees precision in all chemical and temperature parameters. The continuous operation of a line is ensured by the multifunctional system of transporting elements POWER & FREE. This saves the costs of the entire process and helps optimize the capacity of the line. Double conversion coating (phosphate coating and silane coating) which improves the adhesion of the third coating (proper powder coating) ensure high durability of the powder coated element. Polyester facade coating paints of highest quality comply with the requirements of European norms QUALICOAT and GSB. Such advanced technology brings the result of perfect protection and decoration. Only ecological components and preparations are used in the process of coating. Our powder coating plant is the largest plant of this type in Europe; it has the capacity of coating elements with the size of up to (length x height x width) 14 000 x 2700 x 600 [mm].

In the process of hot galvanizing an anti-corrosion layer is formed on the steel surface. The whole product is dipped in melted zinc alloy (450OC) which reaches even the areas which are hard to access; the application of the alloy of zinc with nickel and bismuth called “Technigalva Plus” provides high quality zinc layer. At the same time we care about ecology - the galvanizing plant operates in the sewage-free system.
