On 1 August 2019, we celebrated our 30th anniversary. On this momentous occasion, we invited journalists to our plant in Wielogłowy in order to show them what made us a company recognized and valued all over Europe. We are an innovator in our sector, with an ultramodern machinery park, where we manufacture garage doors, gates, windows, doors, and fences. In the evening, we held a ceremonial gala event for invited guests at the Heron Live Hotel in Sienna, where the brand creator, Andrzej Wiśniowski, outlined the company's investment plans for the coming years.
On 1 August, we celebrate our 30th anniversary. It all began in the summer of 1989, when Andrzej Wiśniowski envisioned a power-operated, remote-controlled garage door, which revolutionized the market. Product customization has become a distinctive feature of our brand, making it possible for the customer to get exactly what they need. It remains so to this day. The Medal of the Centenary of Regained Independence honours the efforts of all the Polish citizens who actively worked to strengthen Polish independence within the last hundred years. By the decision of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, the medal was awarded to Andrzej Wiśniowski, the founder and owner of the WIŚNIOWSKI brand. This honour is a form of recognition of the contribution of Polish entrepreneurs who have been building the image of Poland as an ambitious and trustworthy country over the last several decades.

We have launched another sports partnership in Norway. Our logo can already be found on the uniforms of the Vipers women’s handball team, and now the name of our brand will also accompany the FK JERV football club, which has just inaugurated a new football season. “This is yet another step in building awareness of our brand in Norway”, said Dymitr Chażowiec, Sales Director for Eastern Europe and Scandinavia at Wiśniowski.

500 exhibitors, the 18th edition, over 35,000 square metres of exhibition space, about 30,000 visitors – this is how we can sum up this year's edition of the international Bauen&Energie 2019 trade fair, which was held from 14 to 17 February in Vienna.
The BAU trade fair in Munich is the world’s largest and most important event for the building sector. Each year, it attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors who can admire the offering of key global manufacturers. This year’s edition was yet another attended by WIŚNIOWSKI. Modern technologies contributing to the security of organizations, companies, public service companies, and individuals is the central theme of the SKYDD trade fair, the largest event of this type to take place in the Nordic countries. We took part in this year's edition, held from 23 to 25 October in Stockholm.

Bergamo, a city in Northern Italy in the Lombardy region, was chosen as the venue for a meeting of representatives of two important Italian companies held on 10 and 11 May. WIŚNIOWSKI and an Italian representative of the Somfy company met with a group of their distributors to introduce their plans for further successful cooperation. This was the first event of the planned series of meetings in Italy.
Most companies acknowledge the importance of media relations. In late April, German journalists arrived at the seat of our company in Wielogłowy. They gathered to take part in a press conference, visit our site, and to learn about the importance of design expressed with our new HI 2.0 colours.
