VEGA 2D SUPER MESH PANELS Intended use: VEGA 2D Super mesh panels are a universal solution that can be used both in industrial and residential areas. The mesh panels are installed around residential houses, parks, gardens, public utility buildings, playgrounds, as well as around factories, various sorts of storage or warehouse areas. VEGA 2D Super PART OF A SYSTEM The VEGA 2D Super mesh panel is an integral part of the fence. It can be installed together with the PI 95, PI 130, and PI 200 sliding gate, the V-KING folding gate, and the BASTION or GARDIA system double-leaf gate or wicket. UNIVERSAL INSTALLATION VEGA 2D Super panels can be mounted on 4 types of posts using 5 types of fixing accessories available from WIŚNIOWSKI. RESISTANT TO CORROSION Mesh panels are subject- ed to strict testing in our in-house laboratory which checks the product’s corro- sion-resistance. This allows us to offer a product with excellent quality parameters. The VEGA 2D Super panel is welded using raw wire, next it is hot-dip galvanized or electrogalvanized and then powder coated. Spe- cial features of the panel manufactured using this technology include reliable welds and the elimina- tion of possible corrosion centres. The panels can be installed in a flat or inclined area, directly above the ground or using a concrete plank. Posts can be installed directly in the ground or on a concrete foundation using base plates. The post is fitted with a plastic or aluminium (option) extended cap. Each post is fitted with plastic hooks for each row of horizontal panel wires. Hooks are avail- able in RAL 6005, RAL 7016, RAL 7040, RAL 9005. • Colours: posts are available in galvanized and galvanized + polyester coating versions. • Accessories: M8x60 [mm] stainless steel screw, stainless steel washers, 40x5 [mm] flat bar. DELTA S system Post made of a 60x40x1.5 [mm] section, post h=3,200 [mm] 60x40x2 [mm]. Posts are supplied with a plastic cap and hooks for the panels with threaded holes for screws. The post is factory fitted with a standard num- ber of mounting clips. Plastic hooks are available in RAL 6005, RAL 7016, RAL 7040, RAL 9005. • Colours: posts are available in galvanized and galvanized + polyester coating versions. • Accessories: M8x60 [mm] stainless steel screw, stainless steel clamping plate. DELTA L system Post made of a 60x40x1.5 [mm] section, post h=3,200 [mm] 60x40x2 [mm]. Posts are fitted with a plastic cap and an in- creased number of hooks for the panels with threaded holes for screws. The post is supplied with mounting clips for each row of horizontal panel wires. Plastic hooks are available in RAL 6005, RAL 7016, RAL 7040, RAL 9005. Posts are available in corner versions as well. • Colours: posts are available in galvanized and galvanized + polyester coating versions. • Accessories: M8x60 [mm] stainless steel screw, stainless steel clamping plate. The panels are manufactured in accordance with the PN-EN 10223- 7:2013-05 standard. The mesh panel can be protect- ed from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing (in accord- ance with EN ISO 1461:2000) or electrogalvanizing (in accordance with PN EN ISO 2081:2011) and poly- ester coating (in accordance with EN 10244-2:2010). Panels can also be galvanized. The combination of the zinc and varnish coatings in the DUPLEX system sub- stantially contributes to extending the life of WIŚNIO- WSKI fences. We offer 10 year anti-corrosion guarantee on our coated panels.
