The mesh panels are installed around residential houses, parks, gardens, public utility buildings, playgrounds, as well as around factories, various sorts of storage and warehouse areas. VEGA B Light PART OF A SYSTEM The VEGA B Light mesh panel is an integral part of the fence. It can be installed as a system together with the PI 95, PI 130, and PI 200 sliding gate, and the BASTION or GARDIA system double-leaf gate or wicket infilled with a VEGA B panel. UNIVERSAL INSTALLATION VEGA B Light panels can be mounted on 6 types of posts using 8 types of fixing accessories available from WIŚNIOWSKI. RESISTANT TO CORROSION Mesh panels are subject- ed to strict testing in our in-house laboratory which checks the product’s corro- sion-resistance. This allows us to offer a product with excellent quality parameters. The VEGA B Light panel is welded using raw wire, next it is hot-dip galvanized or electrogalvanized and then powder coated. Special fea- tures of the panel manufac- tured using this technology include reliable welds and the elimination of possible corrosion centres. The panels can be installed in a flat or inclined area, directly above the ground or using a concrete plank. Posts can be installed directly in the ground or on a concrete foundation using base plates. Post made of a 60x40x1.5 [mm] section, post h=3,200 [mm] 60x40x2 [mm]. The post is supplied with a plastic cap and holes for easy installation. • Colours: posts are available in gal- vanized and galvanized + polyester coating versions. • Accessories: Installation is carried out with M8x80 [mm] stainless steel hook screws and M8 stainless steel shear nuts. The post profile was de- signed to provide maximum safety to users (the nut is concealed in the profile recess of the post). VEGA B Light panel installation options Mesh panels are welded using raw wire. The panels are manufactured in accordance with the PN-EN 10223- 7:2013-05 standard. The mesh panel can be protected from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing (in accordance with EN ISO 1461:2000) or electrogalvanizing (in ac- cordance with PN EN ISO 2081:2011) and polyester coating (in accordance with EN 10244-2:2010). The combination of the zinc and varnish coatings in the DU- PLEX system substantially contributes to extending the life of WIŚNIOWSKI fences. We offer 10 year anti-corro- sion guarantee on our coated panels.
