The galvanization process used by WIŚNIOWSKI complies with the PN-EN ISO 1461 standard guaranteeing proper quality of the galvanized products. Thanks to its cantilever design, the gate operates smoothly even on unpaved driveways or during snowfall.

WIŚNIOWSKI industrial fences have all the required certificates, approvals, and hygienic approvals, and are compliant with building standards and regulations. Our industrial gates comply with the Construction Products Regulation and the PN‑EN 13241 standard. Gates with a drive unit comply with the Machine Directive and the PN‑EN 12453 standard.

PI 200 gate

Intended for closing off entrances with a clear opening width up to 16 metres, and if two converging gates are used (2 x 12 m) – up to 24 metres.

Functionality and safety

Lock for the manually operated gate

is a reliable and durable lock for locking manually operated gates, placed in an aluminium housing.

Drive unit in the post

is protected against mechanical damage, negative effect of the weather conditions, and access of unauthorized persons.

Safe control of the gate

with a key switch slot equipped with a safety switch – turning the key starts the gate opening or closing process, pushing the safety switch immediately stops the movement of the gate.

Safety edge

stops the gate and returns it to the open position when it encounters an obstacle. Mounted on the face edge of the leaf, guiding frame or at the end of the gate.

Warning light

informs about the movement of the leaf every time the gate is started.

Photocells

mounted on the gate posts – if an obstacle appears in the clear passage, the infrared beam is interrupted and the leaf stops and returns to the open position.

Induction system

sends an impulse triggered by pressure exerted on the safety edge from the gate leaf to the controller.

Adjustment element

makes it possible to additionally level the leaf relative to the ground during gate installation and to correct its position throughout its service life.

Security spikes

in the form of a steel razor comb can be mounted on the top edge of the gate leaf

Portable solutions

PI 95 gates – portable gate with a base structure

The PI 95 portable gate doesn’t need to be fixed to the ground. It can be moved from one investment site to another, taking advantage of its quick installation.

The maximum width (with a single gate) is 7 metres.

The combination of the zinc and varnish coatings in the DUPLEX system substantially contributes to extending the service life of WIŚNIOWSKI fences. Regardless of the weather, you can always be sure that WIŚNIOWSKI fences will retain their appealing look.
